1. Segmental Concrete Pilings (Concrete Slab Structures)

This type of pier is the most common and affordable foundation repair system. It consists of precast prestressed concrete cyclinders and pile caps installed directly under the concrete foundation beams of the structure.

2. Steel Pilings (Concrete Slab Structures)

Our steel piling foundatiion repair is a double-walled system. It is durable against corrosion and movement. Steel pilings achieve greater depths in comparison to segmental concrete pilings. Upon an evaluation of your structure and location, steel pilings may be recommended instead of concrete pilings.

3. Pier and Biem Supports

This type of foundation repair system is typically found in older structures. It consists of wood beams, floor joist, and plywood decking. In most cases, there is a 12 inch to 2 foot crawl space in which cedar posts are used as piers.

Sonotube concrete footings consists of a rebar reinforced concrete base and a rebar reinforced concrete tube poured manually under the beam system.
